This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 30-minute unpaid break | Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Job Description

As the Social Media Manager for this innovative AC company, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that increase engagement, followers, and brand loyalty across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Create and curate a diverse range of engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and live videos that showcase the company’s expertise and personality
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media channels
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Design eye-catching marketing materials and brochures that align with the company’s brand identity and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts complement overall marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
  • Manage and optimize Facebook business pages to maximize reach and engagement

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2C environment
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and increasing engagement metrics
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, with expert-level knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
  • Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
  • Excellent visual design skills and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
  • Ability to create trending, relevant content that resonates with the target audience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital communications
