Your mission


The Solution Manager is a position that builds and maintains a close relationship with installers and distribution partners, overseeing the process of customer retention within a business. The /Solution Manager is responsible for interacting with new, existing, and potential customers on a regular basis, focusing on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product and technical information, implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

This position offers deep technical involvement and the joy of being close to the market and customers. The person will play a key role in driving GoodWe’s sales growth and maintaining customer loyalty.


Your main responsibilities


  • Support and manage GoodWe’s pre-sales activities in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Carry out relationship management with B2B customers, such as installers and distribution partners (meetings, trainings, brand awareness, exhibitions).
  • Promote GoodWe’s products and increase demand from installers to our distributors.
  • Create technical documentation and technical marketing materials.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of market requirements for PV and storage systems, including product specifications, system design requirements, certification requirements, etc.
  • Transfer market requirements to product management and R&D to ensure GoodWe remains ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure feasibility of product solutions before market release, including coordinating and assisting with Beta testing and pilot projects.
  • Close co-operation with the local GW territory manager by organizing and setting up meetings, weekly visit & calls with distributors, resellers & EPC’s in alignment with the territory manager.


Your Profile


  • 3+ years’ experience in customer success preferably in an energy, construction, or technical field.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience, such as a professional electrician or an electrical engineering role (preferred). A BA degree is not required.
  • Exposure to solar, PV, inverter, energy storage, or utility industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, additional languages could be a plus.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Ability to travel (30 % of the time).
