Workwolf is on the hunt for a talented Content Marketing Specialist with expertise in video editing and ad creative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content and creative advertisements for LinkedIn, X, META. YouTube, and other marketing platforms. You’ll transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos and craft eye-catching ads that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a flair for creativity, and proficiency in video editing and ad design. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content that resonates with our audience and supports our broader marketing goals.

What You Will Do
Video Production & Editing: Create and edit high-quality promotional videos showcasing our platform’s features and benefits to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
Ad Creative Design: Design eye-catching visuals for Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Social Media Content: Develop and share creative posts and campaigns across social media channels to enhance engagement.
Paid Ads Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
Email Marketing Campaigns: Build, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies.
About You
Proven experience in video production and editing (portfolio required).
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Proficiency in implementing and optimizing cold email and paid ads campaigns for B2B audiences (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo, Clay, Woodpecker).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
Flawless English communication skills; both written and oral.
