Workers’ Compensation Attorney (California - Remote)

Latitude is recruiting workers’ compensation defense attorneys for several remote positions with one of its California law firm clients. The ideal candidates must be California licensed and have at least 2 years of workers’ compensation defense experience. The successful candidates will help provide legal services to California employers on issues arising from workplace injuries and other employment-related concerns. These positions are remote, candidates can work from anywhere in California – no in-office requirement.

Requirements for the Workers’ Comp Attorney:

2+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience (general labor & employment experience may be considered)
Licensed and in good standing in California
J.D. from an accredited law school
Self-motivated and strong organizational and communication skills
Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, and able to work using case management software
Outstanding references

Position Details for the Construction Litigation Attorney:

Compensation:

Pay: The annual salary for this position is in the $150,000-$200,000 range.

Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
