NSPA is NATO's lead organisation for multinational acquisition, support and sustainment in all domains.
NSPA is a customer-funded agency, operating on a "no profit - no loss" basis.
The Agency employs over 1,500 people and it is based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with main operational centres in France, Hungary, The Netherlands and Italy.
Experienced in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering disciplines or facility management.
Proficiency in technical report writing.
Experience in the administration of contracts and in project management.
Experience in technical management of NATO projects and/or similar experience.
Knowledge of quality assurance standards and policies.
Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), including technical drawing package.
The incumbent must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid "NATO SECRET" security clearance.
POST DETAILS
This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
Contract duration: 12 months
Level: III
Competition with a view to constituting a list for pool recruitment in Europe and other locations.
Daily fee per worked day: 339 EUR

In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 12-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Europe or any other area as required.
