Job description

We are looking for an Ads Specialist with experience in finance, proprietary trading, and forex to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. This role requires a sole contributor who can work directly with clients, execute high-budget ad strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.


Tasks

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.

  2. Develop strategies to maximize ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

  3. Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance data, and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.

  4. Ensure all ads comply with industry regulations and platform policies, particularly in financial and trading sectors.

  5. Work closely with digital marketing and design teams to align creatives with brand guidelines.

  6. Stay updated on advertising trends, laws, and regulatory changes affecting financial ads.


Requirements


  • Solid understanding of regulatory restrictions and compliance in financial market advertising.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.




  • Certifications from reputable digital marketing and advertising courses.




  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in an agency setting.




  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.




  • Solid understanding of regulatory restrictions and compliance in financial market advertising.




  • Experience managing large-scale ad budgets with proven results.




  • Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Voluum, or similar platforms.
