We are hiring an appointment setter to work with us at Choffner PTSC!


We help strength athletes with shoulder pain return to lifting pain-free through online rehab & 1:1 coaching. We help our clients return to lifting & living pain-free without any restrictions.

Offer Price Point: $4500


Setter Compensation Structure: $2000 monthly base, recurring commission on every deal closed


On-Track Earnings: 4-6k per month


Appointment Setters provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by calling leads in our CRM software. You will provide an extensive knowledge about our services, and identify consumer wants and needs. All communication with consumers takes place through our phone dialing software.



Duties

  • Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed
  • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives.
  • Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested.
  • Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.
  • Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed.


Qualifications

  • Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
  • Must have experience as a setter
  • Must have social media experience
  • Must have effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable
  • Career-oriented and professional
  • Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus
