Are you a creative, detail-obsessed, and strategic social media expert with a passion for gaming? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence. In this role, you’ll not only create and manage engaging content—you’ll also develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including both organic and paid social efforts.

What You’ll Do

Create, edit, and produce high-quality content, including short-form videos, reels, graphics, and posts for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord.
Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to grow engagement and community interaction.
Manage paid social campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Track and analyze performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize content and strategy.
Engage with the gaming community, respond to trends, and ensure our brand is at the center of gaming conversations.
Stay ahead of platform updates, social media trends, and gaming industry movements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to align messaging and campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of proven experience in social media management, including content creation.
Strong passion for gaming—you know the culture, trends, and what resonates with players.
Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
Ability to develop and execute paid social media campaigns.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring polished, on-brand content.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Familiarity with gaming influencers, esports, and streaming platforms is a plus.
Basic graphic design and motion graphics experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and bring fresh ideas to the table.
