What you will do  

  • Be responsible for all aspects of sales within the designated territory with an approximate size of $20M+ in annual revenue

  • Develop existing and new customer relationships within sales network, to serve as a strategic partner, act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, be responsible for securing, negotiating, and maintaining customer agreements

  • Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns for assigned territory

  • Gather input from other company functions to fully satisfy the customers’ needs

  • Collaborate with Technical Sales, Insides Sales, and Customer Service to meet customer needs

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

  • Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions in assigned territory and  

  • Develop a strategy to reach revenue goals, conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts

  • Manage pipeline and forecast for current and prospect customers along with evaluating opportunities and risks, prepare reporting on forecasts, budgets and targets. Monitor sales volume, revenue, and forecasts

  • Communicate regularly and prepare reports on key performance indicators and sales progress within the sales funnel/cycle  

  • Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through market intelligence and customer information

 
 
Who you are  

  • You have 5+ years of effective sales or related experience. Experience in the industry and with the product is beneficial

  • You have Bachelor’s degree

  • You are familiar with packaging and label industry (is a plus but not required)

  • You are experienced in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com

  • You have extensive negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business insight skills.

  • You have prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • You have proficient oral and written communication skills, with the ability to relate well with a diverse constituency

  • You show fiscal responsibility and business ethics
