Job Description:

We develop integrated solutions using the Agile/SAFe Framework. We focus on software development to deliver systems which consists of mission-critical case management and related software to support external stakeholders. 

A Camunda/Flowable BPM developer is responsible for must have hands on experience in designing and developing workflows using Camunda,ZeeBee/Flowable. Must have working experience in designing and developing UI screens using ReactJS. Must have experience designing and developing micro-services.  

  

The BPM Developer will work as part of an agile development team to build and support the modernization of enterprise-class software applications. This position will be responsible for design and implement workflows in a multi-tenant self-hosted BPM tool on a cloud platform. ` 

 
 
Responsibilities 

BPMN, CMMN, DMN knowledge in Camunda 8 and Flowable 

Hands on experience on Camunda 8/Flowable self-managed workflow development.  

Strong understanding on architecture of BPM standards 

Good working knowledge of designing high performance distributed, Microservice orchestration and event-driven architecture. 

Hands on working experience with Java, NodeJS, BPMN, Camunda 8/Flowable, Azure, AWS Containerization.  

Good understanding on IAM, LDAP, SSO solutions for APIs and applications. 

Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical architects, Business Users to build solutions 

Understand the business and functional requirements for complex business cases and develop the overall technical architecture, including system, data and integration architecture. 

Leading and mentoring technical teams, including developers, testers and other technical roles by sharing best practices. 

Implement deployment strategies.  

Develop detail technical migration plan of the applications including legacy data. 

Participate in an agile team to deliver the full lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment. 

Working closely with other government architects and technical leads to ensure system design follows the industry best practices and standards. 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 10+ years of general experience in information systems 

  • 8+ years of specialized experience 

  • Minimum Education: MA/MS 

  • Experience may be considered in lieu of degree as follows: HS (16+ years), AA/AS (14+ years), BA/BS (12+ years), Doctorate Degree/Ph.D. (9+ years) Bachelor of Computer Science (BS) or equivalent with minimum of 6-8 years of experience. 

  • Preferred, 6-8 years hands-on experience developing workflows using Camunda/ Flowable BPM Tool 

  • Strong working knowledge of ActiveMQ, JMS, Kafka and other technologies.  

  • Camunda/Flowable Administration with hands-on implementation experience. 

  • Experience with developing Microservices 

  • Amazon/Azure platform experience 

  • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, Document DB 

  • Hands-on experience with building APIs and Restful services 

  • Hands-on experience developing workflows 

  • Experience with Java, ReactJS and other open-source technology stack to provide cross-platform options implementation. 

  • Bonus points for familiarity with Document management systems such as Hyland Alfresco, Azure or AWS certification 

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
