Responsibilities

Technical Project Leaders coordinate and complete projects within the Technology & Product organization. The focus for this role is to stabilize, track, and drive projects with an emphasis on driving delivery excellence, tangible outcomes, effective communication, and on-time budgets and deliverables while actively mitigating, tracking, and reporting roadblocks and risk.

  • Accountable and responsible POC for overseeing and communicating regular updates on project scope, budget, and project schedule/delivery timeline for one or more projects to include regular briefs with various internal teams and executive leadership.
  • Responsible and accountable for tracking all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Create and track progress against project plans, project schedules, milestones, budgets (forecasting and actuals), charge codes, or other performance indicators, and reports to colleagues, teams, and management in a timely manner.
  • Help formulate plan for delivery and allocate resources alongside resource managers and budget.
  • Drive internal dependency management and coordination as well as 3rd party vendor management.

  • Strong and effective cross-disciplinary communication skills
  • Extraordinary judgement and a proven track record of developing effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of project management or equivalent experience
