Charles Taylor is a highly successful global provider of professional services to the insurance industry. We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor for our call center. This is a remote role for the Eastern Time Zone.
Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for the management of a call center and claims intake. This position reports to the Manager of the Customer Service Department.
Essential Functions
- Hiring and training of clerical staff for 3 different shifts
- Management of staff to provide excellent service to clients and vendors
- Management of staff to comply with proper coding for clients
- Problem solving / troubleshooting with the Clerical staff, vendors and clients
- Daily interaction with clients, vendors and adjusters
- Assist Manager of Customer Service and monitoring and entering claims
- Assist with providing report information to clients and vendors weekly
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Detail oriented
- In depth knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; coordinate time sensitive projects and training efforts
- Excellent attendance and timeliness ability
Required Education And Experience
- High School Education
- Experience managing and training staff
- Experienced licensed P&C Adjuster with homeowner/automobile background
