About Us:

We are a dynamic organization focused on delivering cutting-edge Salesforce (SFDC) solutions to transform businesses. We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Architect to lead and grow our Salesforce practice. This role requires a strategic leader to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of SFDC projects, from presales and solutioning to successful delivery, while building a high-performance team and capability in Salesforce technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SFDC Practice Leadership & Capability Building
  • Establish SFDC Practice Vision: Define the strategic roadmap for building and expanding the SFDC practice, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Capability Development: Lead the development and growth of the SFDC capability within the organization, including technical expertise, best practices, and resource planning.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Build a high-performing team of Salesforce architects, consultants, developers, and administrators. Manage talent acquisition, training, and career development.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure the continuous development of knowledge and expertise in SFDC through certifications, training programs, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Presales & Solutioning
  • Presales Leadership: Own the presales process for SFDC projects, collaborating with sales teams to craft compelling Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements.
  • Solutioning & Estimation: Lead the solutioning process, ensuring that proposed solutions are architecturally sound, scalable, and deliverable. Manage resource estimation, timeline planning, and cost estimation.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of high-quality proposals, including project scope, solution design, and financials, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Client Engagement: Engage directly with C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and clients to present Salesforce solutions and differentiate the firm as a trusted partner.
  • Delivery & Project Execution
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SFDC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery teams follow Salesforce best practices, guidelines, and quality assurance processes. Conduct regular quality reviews, audits, and assessments of ongoing projects.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Establish a strong governance framework to manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and resource allocation effectively.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other technology teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless integration of SFDC solutions within the broader enterprise architecture.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and repeat business.

  • Experience in SFDC Solutions: Minimum 15+ years of experience working with Salesforce technologies, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
