CTMS Implementation

We are looking to build a highly skilled team to support a project in the clinical trials field, focusing on CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems) and related clinical systems. This project involves the implementation and optimization of clinical platforms and quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance and efficiency in clinical studies.

Key Project Details:

• Domain: Clinical field with a focus on CTMS and other clinical systems (ETC, CTSS, etc.).


• Scope:


• Implementation of CTMS and Clinical QMS platforms.


• General support and enhancements in clinical systems for regulatory compliance.


• Roles Needed:


• Architects: Responsible for system design, architecture, and integration strategies.


• Project Managers: To oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.


• Testers: Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing for clinical systems.


• Validation Specialists: Ensure that clinical systems meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.


• Location Requirements:


• Remote work with onsite presence for critical workshops and meetings.


• Candidates must be based in the EU for easy travel to Germany when required.

Requirements:

• Experience:


• Proven experience in CTMS or related clinical system implementations (ETC, CTSS).


• Familiarity with clinical workflows, quality management, and compliance in clinical trials.


• Languages:


• English (mandatory).


• Availability:


• Flexibility for occasional onsite meetings/workshops in Germany.
