ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Company Overview

Role and Responsibilities

The ServiceNow ITSM Developer will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing their experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, and good knowledge in CMDB, Event Management modules to perform all aspects of platform administration, design, development, and implementation of applications in ServiceNow.
  • Integrating 3rd party tools using XML, HTML, Web Services, REST, etc.
  • Providing administrative ServiceNow Support, troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
  • Planning and testing ServiceNow version upgrades.
  • Designing and developing Business Rules, Catalog Items, UI Policies, UI Actions, the script includes scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps.
  • Integrating ServiceNow with Active Directory, SSO, SCCM, runbook, etc.
  • Creating Scripted REST API and knowing when it's appropriate to use an OOB API or integration method.
Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
  • Knowledge of integration methodologies for Service-Now.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Catalog Items, UI Policies, UI Actions, script includes scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps.
  • Good understanding of Service-Now Logs for troubleshooting & adhere Service-Now best practices.
  • Excellent javascript proficiency
