The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Role Overview:

As a member of the Continuous Compliance Services (C2S) Compliance Automation team, you will collaborate closely with the C2S team to understand requirements, perform compliance analysis and develop solutions that achieve Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) objectives.  This position operates in a dynamic environment where agile methodologies are applied at scale. Effective cross-functional collaboration with multiple DT/GRC teams within RTX is essential, ensuring that target initiatives and deliverables remain the primary focus.

This role requires you perform as part of an inclusive team to and their direction, while motivating team members, fostering an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze processes, controls and workflows to develop automation solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Adhere to and enhance standards and procedures to meet policy and compliance requirements.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization tools.
  • Apply best practices in data analysis, data visualization, and data science to deliver high-quality insights.
  • Take ownership of the system development life cycle, including testing, implementation, and maintenance of the solution
  • Articulate and translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and present findings to various stakeholders.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation using diagramming and data processing applications to support project development and implementation.
  • Provide valuable input to project plans related to development initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 5 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 3 years experience.
  • 5+ years experience working with Compliance Frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, CSF etc.…
  • 3+ years experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platform
  • 3+ years Experience in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, particularly using Data Manipulation Language (DML).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to interact with and present to others
  • Highly passionate about and motivated with can-do attitude, a desire to facilitate organizational change, and a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in Project Management methodologies, Agile, Kanban or SCRUM
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, R, or PowerShell for automating data processing and reporting tasks.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, and .NET.
  • Experience with technical guidelines such as DISA STIGs or CIS Benchmarks
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Archer, Tanium, Power Automate
  • Certified security expert –CISSP, Security +, or equivalent
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights using advanced AI and machine learning techniques
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS configurations settings

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
