In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and validating scalable solutions for nonprofit customers’ implementation of Classy’s software. This role is execution-focused, working directly with Classy's nonprofit customers to implement technical solutions and accelerate adoption.
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in bridging pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring a smooth transition from technical discovery and solution design during the sales cycle to implementation and execution. You will collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Implementation Project Managers, and Technical Account Managers to accelerate solution adoption and campaign launches.

- Advise Solution Engineers on any additional technical discovery and feasibility assessments required during the sales process.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers on proof of concepts and prototypes to validate proposed architectures
- Provide clear solution recommendations, outlining trade-offs, technical constraints, and scalability considerations.
- Design and scope healthy implementations for RFP’s and SOW’s
2. Solution Design & Technical Execution
- Own the technical design and execution of customer solutions within the full Classy product suite, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with Classy’s platform architecture.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for implementation teams to build.
- Create and document reusable solution patterns for common use cases (e.g., memberships, premiums, giving cart)
- Provide guidance on customer’s implementation of Classy’s Salesforce integration, ensuring plans adhere to Salesforce best practices for configuration, functionality, and performance optimization.
- Design and lead discussions around Classy’s Salesforce integration architecture, focusing on technical and functional alignment with customer goals.
3. Customer Engagement & Implementation Oversight
- Serve as the primary technical resource during implementation, ensuring solutions are built according to specifications and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams, project managers, and implementation specialists
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to solution adoption and campaign launch.
- Guide implementation teams in solving complex integration challenges and optimizing technical execution.
4. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
- Develop, implement, and document Salesforce-specific integration frameworks and reusable assets to streamline campaign launch.
- Provide technical feedback from real-world implementations to refine internal best practices and improve future solution designs.
- Maintain expertise in Salesforce, enterprise SaaS ecosystems, and API-based integration frameworks.
- Stay informed on emerging best practices, customer needs, and technology trends to continuously evolve solution approaches.
You…
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or professional services experience designing technical solutions
