As an Implementation Consultant, you will be crucial in leading enterprise customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from purchase to full adoption. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success to define customer needs, configure solutions, and optimize onboarding processes.
Beyond technical onboarding, you will also contribute to the technical intake process, ensuring that Jasper’s internal teams clearly understand customer environments, challenges, and implementation requirements. This role is ideal for a problem-solver who enjoys building scalable frameworks while working directly with enterprise customers.
This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director of Customer Success and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Guide enterprise customers through a structured onboarding process, ensuring seamless adoption.
Configure out-of-the-box integrations, user roles, permissions, and automation workflows.
Develop best practices, checklists, and adoption milestones to improve customer time-to-value.
Ensure a structured handoff to Customer Success, providing key insights for long-term success.
Assist customers in customizing out-of-the-box Jasper apps to fit their workflows.
Work alongside Solution Architects to support API integrations and enterprise customizations.
Identify common implementation patterns to improve repeatability and automation.
Gather customer requirements during onboarding and communicate technical needs internally.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer trends and technical gaps.
Develop repeatable onboarding frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Identify automation opportunities to improve implementation speed and scalability.
5+ years of experience in enterprise implementation, technical onboarding, or customer success roles within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with enterprise clients.
Technical acumen, including familiarity with APIs, software configurations, and data flows related to AI or marketing technology.
Strong project management skills, with the proven ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining quality and timelines.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for customers.
A consultative mindset focused on helping customers define business objectives and achieve measurable outcomes.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering teams.
A passion for process improvement, and eagerness to refine and scale onboarding methodologies.
Experience in AI, MarTech, or content automation platforms.
Familiarity with workflow automation, CRM integrations, or customer data management.
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $140,000 - $165,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
