What You'll Do:
Reach out proactively to potential new clients via phone and email—your energy and persuasive skills will open new doors!
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying sales opportunities.
Keep our CRM updated, maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and accurate records.
Handle administrative tasks related to orders, contract renewals, and client documentation efficiently.

Have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
Thrive on the phone, bringing positivity, persistence, and passion to every call.
Have a natural 'hunter' mindset—you love uncovering opportunities and aren’t afraid of hearing “no.”
Are enthusiastic about learning sales processes and market trends to effectively pitch products.
Enjoy working independently while collaborating within an international team environment.
Speak fluent Polish and have solid English skills. (Speaking German is a fantastic plus!)
