What You'll Do
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions efficiently.
Create and post journal entries for various accounts, ensuring proper financial documentation.
Reconcile and record payroll entries accurately.
Prepare and maintain various balance sheet schedules for month-end closing.
Analyze and understand U.S. accounting concepts, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Communicate with teammates, Senior Accountants, and Managers across different time zones in the U.S. and India to ensure seamless collaboration.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, including GL, AP, AR, PR, and period-end closes.
Experience with multiple accounting software applications such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and MS Business Central (MS Dynamics 365) is preferred.
Ability to quickly learn new software systems and adapt to different client processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
Work from home.
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST or CST.
