The Regional Market Manager owns and grows market presence by leading Manufacturer’s Representative relationships. This role drives revenue, pipeline growth, and market share through strategic partnerships and performance management. The manager trains reps on products and sales strategies, ensures CRM adoption for business visibility, and forecasts new opportunities. They collaborate with business development to target key accounts and support reps in closing high-impact deals, acting as the driving force behind success in a dynamic, results-focused environment.

What You Will Do 

  • Build strong, influential relationships with rep agencies and key distributors to drive engagement and market focus.
  • Ensure Manufacturer’s Representatives align with business processes, standards, and values while proactively managing performance and optimizing the rep network.
  • Lead sales strategy discussions, set short- and long-term goals, and execute business plans for distributors in the southeast region.
  • Drive high-value opportunities by aligning our value proposition with customer needs and championing key actions internally.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop and implement market-specific strategies for rep firms.
  • Track key performance indicators, conduct periodic reviews, and adjust strategies to meet targets, providing regular updates on execution and results.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Experience: 8-10 years in industrial and OEM markets, with regional sales experience and track record of year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Management Experience: Experience leading sales teams and working with distributors, rep firms, and contractors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; MS Dynamics or similar CRM preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Must Reside in One of Following States: FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, DC, MD, AL, or TN

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
