What You Will Do:

Lead internal quality monitoring process
Evaluate the performance of automated processes in production
Coordinate with client on quality concerns and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the business process and network engineers to ensure quality is maintained as systems are digitized

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree
Eight (8) or more years’ experience leading quality monitoring and evaluation
Experience supporting the Veterans Intake, Conversion, and Communication Services (VICCS) program
Ability to obtain public trust clearance

What Would Be Nice to Have:

An active public trust clearance
PMP Certification
Experience working with federal agency(s)

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
