Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers and agencies
Understand Executive Risk insurance needs and provide customized solutions to retail partners
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while identifying new business opportunities
Collaborate with Anzen marketing and distribution teams to cross-sell Executive Risk insurance products
Track Executive Risk insurance market trends and developments
Place insurance coverage with reputable carriers by negotiating terms and conditions while advising clients on risk mitigation strategies and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, technology, legal, and product
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, business, or comparable experience
Active insurance licenses as required for the role
3+ years of experience as a wholesale Executive Risk insurance broker with a deep understanding of client needs
Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development
Strong knowledge of Executive Risk insurance products and market trends
Excellent negotiation, decision making, time management, and communication skills.
