The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is looking for professionals willing to share their expertise and insights with Ukrainian refugees through our Mentorship for Ukraine Program. Whether you have years of industry experience or just a passion for guiding others, your time and advice can help someone take meaningful steps toward a stable and fulfilling career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Offer career guidance tailored to your mentee’s professional goals.
  • Share job search strategies, including networking and application tips.
  • Provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, and interview techniques.
  • Help mentees understand workplace culture in their new environment.
  • Use an easy-to-navigate mentorship platform to schedule and conduct sessions.
