RemoteCollins Aerospace is looking for a Sr Enterprise Kinaxis Developer to join our Digital Technology team. The candidate will be an integral team member for large and small scale Kinaxis Rapid Response implementations and alignments in the Production Planning area as well as supporting existing solutions. This person will be responsible for all Data Transformations from SAP through Talend to Kinaxis. The position will be responsible for delivering solutions from proof of concept to full project implementation. The candidate will also be tasked with training and supporting end users within the organization and will need to have the ability to analyze an issue and situations to come to the best business solution to solve problems.
** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **
What YOU will do:
Build relationships the business, assist in helping to identify and resolve technical challenges preventing our customers from consistently delivering product on-time or ahead of schedule.
You will work with SAP data tables and transformation logic as it pertains to Kinaxis.
Develop Transformation logic of data from SAP ECC systems into Kinaxis using Talend as a ETL tool.
Data Model modification knowledge including custom fields and custom tables.
You will work with outbound integration calls from Rapid response to SAP ERP.
Business Domain knowledge about Demand/Supply Planning, capacity etc.
Designing solutions for discrete manufacturing & repetitive manufacturing environments are critical.
Hands on work with any of the planning engine (Optimizer, Heuristic etc.) for supply/capacity allocation. Expertise in Workbook development – Table based, composite, data modification, Control Table Configuration.
Qualifications you must have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience in multiple projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Must have Talend Data transformation experience and SAP data knowledge.
Experience in Talend ETL transformations.
Knowledge of SAP table structures and Planning and forecasting data element.
The candidate will possess Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation experience in at least 1-2 full lifecycles of projects, with customer facing roles and responsibility.
Must be okay with 20% travel.
Qualifications we Prefer:
Technical experience and a working knowledge in SAP ECC Planning Data including BOM structures, Parameter Effectivity and WBS element data.
External interface experience is highly desired, having worked with multi-ERP backends connecting with Rapid response.
Experience/knowledge working in an aerospace environment is a highly desirable.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
