Location: Remote (Preferred: Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Minneapolis)
Commitment: Volunteer (5–10 hours per quarter)
Fundraising Expectation: Contribute or help raise $25,000–$50,000 annually
The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking accomplished executives, philanthropists, and corporate leaders to join its Senior Advisory Council. This prestigious group of advisors provides strategic insight, networking support, and high-level fundraising guidance to help drive TEEI’s mission of expanding access to education, mentorship, and professional development for underserved populations, including refugees, displaced individuals, and women in need of career advancement.
This role is suited for professionals with extensive experience in corporate philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, social impact investing, or donor engagement. Advisory Council Members serve as trusted advisors who contribute their expertise, influence, and connections to enhance TEEI’s financial sustainability and long-term impact.

As a Senior Advisory Council Member, you will offer strategic guidance, open doors to potential funding sources, and help elevate TEEI’s presence in corporate and philanthropic circles. Your role is critical in helping TEEI secure long-term financial resources and expand its impact.
Requirements
TEEI is seeking high-profile business executives, nonprofit leaders, and philanthropists who have expertise in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit leadership, or corporate social responsibility (CSR).
✔ A strong commitment to education, workforce development, and social impact.
✔ Experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or major donor relations.
✔ An established network of corporate executives, philanthropic leaders, or high-net-worth donors.
✔ A background in finance, law, technology, AI, social impact, or nonprofit growth strategies (preferred but not required).
✔ Previous experience serving on an advisory council or nonprofit board (preferred but not required).
✔ The ability to dedicate 5–10 hours per quarter to strategic advising, donor outreach, and networking.
Each Senior Advisory Council Member is expected to contribute or raise between $25,000 and $50,000 annually through personal giving, corporate sponsorships, or philanthropic partnerships.
