As an IT Services Representative, you will assist our Spanish-speaking clients in resolving their technical inquiries and ensure they have a seamless experience with our advanced IT solutions and services.


Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch technical support to Spanish-speaking customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries and issues.
  • Educate clients on how to utilize our products and services to maximize their usage and satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges as needed.
  • Keep customers informed about new features, product updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to remain knowledgeable about product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are required.
  • Previous experience in IT support, technical support, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
