This position involves relocating to Greece, where you will provide dedicated support to Czech-speaking users experiencing challenges with their phone operating system. Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Czech-speaking customers, providing thorough technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the phone operating system promptly and efficiently.
  • Educate users on functionalities, features, and best practices of the phone operating system.
  • Record and document customer interactions accurately within the support database.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to identify larger issues and propose enhancements to the product.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved to their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English.
  • Experience in technical support, customer service, or IT-related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on resolving customer issues.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems or phone support is a significant advantage.
