Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, product information, order processing, and any issues they may encounter.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products and services to offer accurate guidance.
  • Document customer interactions and problems in the CRM system for effective follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge further.
  • Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback on customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; good level of English is also required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the e-commerce sector, is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online support tools.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for embracing a new cultural experience in Greece.
