  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience for content creators.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and track issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and address the clients' needs effectively.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and platform updates to provide informed assistance to content creators.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the digital content or social media sector.
  • Strong communication skills and an understanding of the content creator landscape.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
