Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to electronic products and services.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest products and company updates to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback meticulously for quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and foster positive relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
