Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on anti-financial crime regulations and company policies to provide accurate guidance to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, compliance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
