  • Monitor user interactions to gather insights that can enhance community engagement.
  • Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and moderation practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective content moderation strategies.
  • Provide feedback on trends in content and user behavior to support continuous improvement in community management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and content moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect.
