Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and quality standards.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify, report, and address any inappropriate content or user behavior that violates community policies.
  • Analyze user interactions to gather insights and suggest improvements to enhance community engagement.
  • Keep up to date with brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging while moderating content.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and implement effective best practices for moderation.
  • Provide constructive feedback on trends in content and user behavior to support continuous improvement in community management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and best practices in content moderation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive topics and providing constructive feedback.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
