Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written); knowledge of English is a plus.
• No prior customer service experience required; we're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
