Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
