  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document and track customer interactions to maintain thorough records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide the best support possible.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
