Responsibilities
  • Moderate and review user-generated content on various social media platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and report any inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
  • Monitor user interactions to gather insights and improve community engagement.
  • Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging during moderation.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and refine best practices for content moderation.
  • Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to foster continuous improvement in the community management processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Professionalism when handling sensitive matters and providing constructive feedback.
