Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about subscription plans, content catalog, and technical issues related to the streaming service.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide clear guidance to customers on how to resolve their issues.
  • Handle complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest features, content offerings, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
  • A passion for streaming services and familiarity with current entertainment trends is a plus.
