Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative within our Health Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service while supporting health and wellness through e-cigarette products. As a vital team member, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers with their queries and ensure they receive accurate and helpful information.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding e-cigarette products and health inquiries.
  • Deliver clear and accurate information about product usage, safety precautions, and health considerations.
  • Assist with troubleshooting customer issues and facilitate returns or exchanges when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, health guidelines, and evolving trends related to e-cigarettes.
  • Collaborate with the health department team to enhance product knowledge and maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the health or e-commerce sector, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-cigarette products and related health issues is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
