We are currently seeking Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a positive and engaging online community by moderating content and interacting with users across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
• Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely responses to inquiries and fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the appropriate teams.
• Research trending topics and interests within the Italian-speaking audience to improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop high-quality and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
• Produce reports on user interactions and content performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure effective content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
• Proficiency in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
