This position allows you to join a leading brand in the electronics industry, where you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients and help them navigate their inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking customers regarding electronic products and services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on product features, benefits, and usage instructions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for internal reporting and service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide clear support.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team.
