French Speaking Social Media Content Moderators

We are currently seeking French Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive online environment for French-speaking users by moderating content and engaging with the community across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
• Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely support and fostering an inviting community.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams.
• Conduct research on trending topics within the French-speaking audience to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with content teams to suggest improvements and develop relevant content that resonates with the audience.
• Prepare reports on user interactions and content trends to provide insights for strategic development.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, policies, and best practices for effective content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills along with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
• Proficiency with content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
