Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries related to bookings, service details, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a timely follow-up for a satisfactory resolution.
  • Document customer interactions accurately while maintaining a comprehensive record of inquiries.
  • Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to address client needs efficiently.
  • Stay informed about transportation industry standards and service enhancements to provide accurate assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and support company initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
