This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and technology and are committed to providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription management, and troubleshooting streaming issues.
  • Offer insights and recommendations regarding content, features, and platform updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in streaming services and entertainment to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or entertainment industries, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenges and provide solutions effectively.
  • Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in online streaming services and a passion for entertainment.
