This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about online shopping and delivering excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Offer support during the checkout process and help customers navigate the e-commerce platform.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring speedy resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to track orders and resolve shipment issues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product range and online promotions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce or retail environment, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent service.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
