  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process and help them understand the features of various products.
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring they receive timely resolutions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or retail sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
