This role is crucial for individuals who are dedicated to combating financial crime and ensuring compliance while providing outstanding service to clients.


Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient customer service to French-speaking clients regarding inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
  • Assist clients in understanding compliance requirements, risk management, and reporting suspicious activities.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues pertinent to financial crime investigations professionally.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries in compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about current anti-financial crime regulations and trends to provide accurate guidance to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to educate clients on anti-financial crime practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within financial services or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of anti-financial crime regulations and compliance practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
