Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription plans, content availability, technical issues, and account management.
  • Guide customers in navigating the streaming platform and help them discover new content.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about the latest platform features, content updates, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the tech or entertainment industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and digital content is a plus.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a passion for entertainment.
