In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a vibrant online community for Spanish-speaking users. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, moderating, and engaging with users across various social media platforms to ensure a positive and compliant community atmosphere.


Responsibilities
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and standards.
  • Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely support and fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the appropriate teams for prompt action.
  • Conduct research on trends and popular topics within the Spanish-speaking audience to enhance content relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create and suggest high-quality, engaging material that appeals to users.
  • Compile reports on user interactions and content performance to help inform ongoing strategies.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media policies and best practices to ensure effective moderation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
